You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn, unwashed, and unused Nella period panties in their original packaging for a refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, only products that meet these conditions will be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team at hello@nella-lingerie.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary return details.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, you will need to place a new order once your return has been processed.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@nella-lingerie.com, and we’ll arrange a free return and send you a replacement.
